Noon Leather

Noon all leather bags are non-solar. Noon believes that each piece that is made should have a “cradle to cradle” life cycle, rather than the common “cradle to grave” product life. All the materials in Noon products are either biodegradable or can be easily reclaimed and re-used. Noon has also committed to using ethical labor practices, and all leather bags are made in NYC.

Noon bags are personally hand dyed, with natural substances such as pomegranate and weld, the organic hemp and cotton fabrics that comprise our bags. Noon Solar is one of a very small
number of design companies using natural dyes on a production scale in the US. To create textures and patterns on our bags, Noon uses the ancient Japanese dying method, Shibori, making each bag unique. Subtle variation with natural dye is common, and is embraced it for its beauty and uniqueness. Please know that each leather piece will be one-of-a kind.
