returns and exchanges
We will accept returns within 14 days of receiving the product. The product must be in original condition with the original receipt and packaging (if possible). Specifically for the Noon Solar Bags, please be sure to include all devices (battery packs, USB tips, wall chargers) and product manual that is included in your purchase. Mail the package back to us (postage paid) and upon receipt, we will refund the purchase. evolve has included a refund form which can be found on the back of the packing slip. Please provide a brief explanation to why you are returning the item and include the invoice number in the space provided. (this number can be found on your receipt as well as on the confirmation email that you received from us). We highly recommend you insure your return shipment and include a tracking number.
