returns and exchanges 

We will accept returns within 14 days of receiving the product.  The product must be in original condition with the original receipt and packaging {if possible}.  Be sure to include all devices {battery packs, USB tips, wall chargers} and product manual that is included in your purchase.  Mail the package back to us {postage paid} and upon receipt, we will refund the purchase.  evolve has included a refund form which can be found on the back of the packing slip.  Please provide a brief explanation to why you are returning the item and include the invoice number in the space provided. {this number can be found on your receipt as well as on the confirmation email that you received from us}.  We highly recommend you insure your return shipment and include a tracking number.
